Wine and Cheese Tasting
Join us for a two and a half hour seminar covering the ancient art of 4,000 years of the creation of cheese. From hundreds of abundant choices, each class will sample a dozen assorted imported cheeses. They will be complimented with fresh fruits (apples, pears, grapes, etc.) featuring locally baked artisan bread by “John the Bread Man”. A sommelier will compliment each variety of cheese with a custom wine selection. Space is limited, so reserve early! For more information please contact Chef Michel.
